Job Description

In this role, you’ll welcome visitors, showcase our homes, and provide helpful information that supports a positive and memorable first impression—playing a key role in the early stages of the homebuying journey.

Responsibilties of Show Home Ambassador
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming ambassador as the first point of contact at the Sales Centre and show homes, confidently answering questions and providing accurate, up‑to‑date information about communities and product offerings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned community, including home models, floorplans, available options, products, services, and pricing.
  • Build strong, authentic rapport with visitors to support a positive experience and facilitate successful sales outcomes.
  • Proactively achieve 100% guest registration by engaging visitors and ensuring complete and accurate information capture.
  • Support the Area Sales Manager through daily operational tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently while maintaining the sales centre and show homes to the highest presentation standards.
  • Ensure the security of the sales centre, show homes, and spec homes by properly locking, securing, and managing the alarm system when working independently.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service while representing the brand with pride.
Qualifications
  • Previous Sales/Customer Service experience is considered an asset.
  • Ideal candidate has a demonstrated customer service mindset, can communicate clearly, inquire, and actively listen.
  • Ability to learn and maintain new information quickly and effective.
  • Must be able to work required Showhome hours. Including evenings, and weekends when required.
